A man, accused of sexually harassing a student inside a lift, did not admitted during interrogation he thought of getting her to have sex with him, a court heard.
The Court of First Instance was told the 33-year-old Pakistani construction worker grabbed the girl, 20, by her hand and neck, trying to hug her and fondled her against her will.
According to prosecution documents he was on March 28 in the building to drop some papers promoting himself as a religious teacher. The complaint was registered at Al Qusais police station.
